Galaxy s help

Hi folks

just some help i thought my galaxy s seemed a little slow and when i checked nearly all my internal phone memory was used up, what will be stored in there and how can i put it on my sd card. Also if i save ny contacts to sim they wont show because at fhe mo i haave them saved in the phone memory maybe save them to sim or sd card but how do i transfer them?

Hi mate, apps use up the internal memory, have you got shit loads?

Secondly have you got the 2.2 update?
