Default Please Help (Lowering)

Hey guys,

I have a 1.1 desire and I won't it lowered all around, I don't want it stupidly low, I'm new too all this modding but i've always wanted it lowered.

How much roughly will it cost to lower it and how much is the cheapest kit?
If you could post some links to cheap kits that would be fantastic, Maybe lower is around 40mm?

Here's picture of the car atm.

On the 1.1 the arches arent there so lowering it 40 mm will be dissapointing in terms of cost, id go something like 50-60 if i were you

ebay the springs.. cheap second hand even

then get someone like KrisB to fit them and lower the rear, he does some good prices for doing the lot, £80 iirc..

But make sure you tell him i referred you

Doesn't using the torsion bar with standard shocks mess them up?
