Default removing front wheel arch extensions

Hi people. Can anyone explain to me how to remove & reattach the front wheel arch extensions on my 2003 Saxo VTR? cheers!

would help if it was in right section, but they are held on by clips and 1 bolt.
undo the bolt/nut underneath the wing next to the side skirt, and gently pull the arch kit off, chances are the clips will break but only cost about 10p each from citroen
