Back pain, heart tick, hard breathing
Feel like i'm dying at the moment. No sure if i'll get an answer on here.
Rang my Dr, and they said call back in 3 days if it persists.
Chased after a shoplifter yesterday, mini marathon of full on sprinting.
Basically, I can hear my heart beat, a light tick, and sometimes sloshing.
In my back, near the centre near my left lung, arse hole pain. Struggled to lay flat last night. Hot water bottle cleared it up, but it leads me to believe it could be 'Muscle pain' Could have fractured or sprained a rib whilst running yesterday.
Oh and It hurts taking large breaths.
But other possibilities could be pneumothorax, lung disease, heart murmur, stress.
Just wandered, if anyone has had something simliar or such.

Aha. I'm far from unfit. I ride 7miles uphill every day, my diet is good, and I avoid smoking and regular drinking.
