Exactly what i've got on mine! But they're 45mm faulkners. Does handle well, can be quite crashy sometimes though, doesn't sound too healthy when it happens!

Yeah some bumps/dips in the road you *cringe a little. So pleased i didnt go any lower.

Haven't checked this in a while, cheers for all the advice

I was thinking around 30mm.. And it would make the car look a bit better as well without being ott.

So what about upgrading dampers etc? I found this:

Ye mate that's not bad at all. Have u checked eBay or gum tree. U can sometimes pick good used items up for a fraction of the cost. I just got brand new gmax springs off the bay for £10 coz the guy bought vtr 40mm vtr springs for his 1.1 by mistake. There are bargains out there to b had
