Rear quarter panel/wing loose - Saxperience

Right at the bottom by the side skirt my rear wing was loose. So I decided to pull the rest off to investigate. It appears as though its a terrible design and all the clips are rusty/snapped, now I can't get it back on properly.

If I bought a new wing would it come with these bits or are they sold seperately? If they are, how would I fix them to the panel as there aren't any slots?

Baffled/pissed off!

Tbh you'd be better refitting with tiger seal.

the standard clips are shit.

Common problem as above replace clip and tiger seal the crap out if it with a clamp over the weekend be ready by Monday morning

I drive it every day so will have to get something that seals fast. Just wish I'd left the fucker now. How can I clamp the central bit? Can do the bit above the wheel arch but
