Anyone heard of that trick and actually done it? I have a slightly oxidized headlight and was considering this.

I know its good for removing light scratches from cd's dvd's, so there could be some truth to it.

Already know that mate. Honest question as the difference between colgate and meguiars can be quite a few quid + wouldn't spend 30+ odd quid on stuff that I would probably only need once.

Halfords sell some in a yellow tube, not expensive at all. I always have a tube surprisingly up along side my meguires, 3m and menzerna lol.
