I use Wonder Wheels, i get it from my local motor factors and is cheap enough. Apply with a bush and get a old sponge and use a bit of elbow grease and jobs a good en!

Auto Glym clean wheels is the best IMO, but a bit more expensive

Not a fantastic result as I was in a hurry, but I achieved this with just meguiars hot wheel cleaner and a microfibre towel, no pic before but they were pretty caked tbh
