leather seats
hi all i currently clean my leather st seats with auto glym leather cleaner , and then probly once a month i use the leather care balm swell. i was just woundering if ther is any thing i can use after cleaning them to make the look wet , like dash shine does to your dash ,

You don't want to make them look wet mate, leave them with a nice Matte finish,. otherwise you will be sliding all over the place.
Gliptone twins ftw.

Anyone that tells you the leather needs conditioning or to use leather conditioner knows very little about looking after their interior...
some form of proper leather protecter to follow up after a good cleaning, perhaps even a foam cleaning will suffice.
I've used gliptone leather cleaner and can say it's bloody good.
Modern leathers needs nothing more than water to 'condition' it.
Unless you re-colour leather with a glossy finish, or cover it in grease - you'll struggle to get that wet look effect. GTi leathers came with quite a satin finish as standard iirc.

Revival... But hey, I did a search first....
So I am assuming the recommendations still stand for the leather part, but what about the suede bit? Just got a set of rather tatty gti leathers. Also they smell as they have been in a damp garage (I assume - they bloody stink) any advice on that? Frebreeze etc would surely just hide the smell?

I used vanish carpet foam stuff mate will do a job. Glad you bumped this as I need some leather cleaner, just bought some gliptone
