Default First ever mini detail wash!

Hey guys,

Aint done one of these for ages, the thread that is so thought i may aswell pop one up.

Had the car 7 months now and ive only ever quickly washed it. So seen as though it was a nice day at the weekend i thought i would get the polish and wax out

Products used:

Ag wash n wax
Dodo juice clay and lub
Ag srp
Dodo juice diamond white
Megs tyre shine
Autosol metal polish

as you will see from the pics below the car was not that dirty to start with but damn the paint had some bad contamination on it!

Before:

The clay after ONE pass of the vt kit on the door only!

And after another pass...

All the clay together (obv folded a couple times and give the wheels a quick go)

The exhaust after a quick polish up

Now the final result:

Thanks for looking, if anyone does

Karl.

Nice one mate looking good! Always satisfying to feel a given panel turn from a gritty mess to smooth as glass

You might want to get some IronX on those alloys to really get the brake dust off them - it'll be alot easier than claying them and then sealing them up will obviously make them easier to maintain
