Is anyone interested in the number plate "VTS 16V" which is genuine ??
Includes Authorisation Certificate etc.

Thanks for the interest, I'll PM you regarding pricing etc.
However to answer your question about the transfer process.
Yes, it's simple and straightforward - just have to pay a £80 admin fee.
Here's the site: https://www.gov.uk/put-registration-number-vehicle
In short, tell DVLA the number plate that it'll be replacing and that's it, they will issue you back a certificate and then you put the new plates on the car.
If required, you then reverse that process to then remove it.

DVLA has no record on VTS 16V and I can't find any other plates online beginning with VTS. Sounds like BS to me.

How have you checked that then?

I didn't think numbers on retention showed up on a regular vehicle registration check....?

I typed the V16 VTS number into the following web site. Im not 100 % but it looks like its still registered to the vehicle and not on retention.
