Right i thought this might be a good idea.

When people organise events its usualy in their own local sections and most people tend to look at the events in their local area but i thought if you could have this on the calender, then once a event/meet has been confirmed it could be put up on the calender, and then a link to the thread organising it.

This saves trawling through other threads in other local area's seeing if its going to clash, or just for things like FCS and TRAX, for people that dont know when they are, they just look at the calender, or even for the people that dont use this site much they can check up on the calender, and see whats going on that wkend and maybe go along.

Might be a stupid idea, but tbh, im shit with dates and dont remember anything !!!

Why do i want to see other peoples birthdays ?

Its down to the RMO about adding the date. Some RMOs do use that and others dont.

So it really does answer you question.

It is already in place, maybe been able to filter from birthday to meets might help (if thats not already possible)

Oh, didnt realise this, as im not an RMO, appologies !

Maybe a good idea if people actually used the function, would be sort of a job for the RMO's.

Does need a filter for Birthdays/Events/Meets, because to be honest, im not overly bothered about peoples birthdays on a saxo enthusiasts website.. maybe just me though.
