looks like 8awg wire from what i can see.. hard to tell though.. so yeah not bad stuff obv 4awg is the best option, but a lot of amps dont take 4awg i dont think.. a lot better than 10awg (which is powering my amp at the mo  .. new wiring ftw!)
aloso you think you have trouble with bodged jobs! lol.. took me 3 days to rewire the origional sound system before i could install my own, complete mess of wiring, oh and i found the power cable behind the wheel arch liner! haha

lol yeah it was such a bodge took me about a day just to figer it all out and what he had and didnt have lol but i done it all properly so you cant see it apart from the bit that comes out in the boot but fake floor ftw ! also mate any chance you could tell me what subs i could get for £300 want two realy unless one will be 100x betta. and will want the running off one amp iff poss so can u get me a link for the amp to power the subs to? but £300 just for the subs and how eva much more for the amp

lol i dotn have cash atm but start my aprentaship next month and havent got any outgoings apart from £80 a month keep lol. well wontid 2 realy for the design i had in mind lol

hmm.. yeah well youve been leaning towards spl for a while havnt you.. which reminds me. speaking of both spl and pioneer. didnt you have that pioneer sub with 2500rms? lol
when i 1st got the sub, i wanted ppl to hear my bass so id look cool (not realising i wasnt looking good lol)
id rather have a more quiet system thats pumping out quality sounds
well thats how i see it at the min anyway

I payed for that pioneer sub and also an orion amp via paypal, but the bloke was a scammer and never sent it!
Got all my cash back though, which was nice!
Im just waiting on my new setup at the minute!
A sound stream tarantula 15" with a 4.2cuft box tuned to 28hz! Gonna be mega!
