the image sizes i think 1280x1000 or something daft like that, i just upload them on to photobucket so the viewers ( and me ) can see them clearly

You want to use royalty free pictures John, not copy righted.
Try sites like http://www.autowall.ru/ , big images and no one will come on your back about infrindgement.

I've had afew friends on digimods have people threaten legal action against them because they've used D1 pictures from certain sites.
There's an arguement that your not making any profit from it etc, but it's not worth the fuss really. Better to just stay safe with what you use. I'll get afew more sites for you soon, for a start sxc.hu is a huge dictionary of royalty free images. Not that great for cars though.

Digimods? I'll go have a look. I'm sure registration is disabled now and then though. Can use my account if you want to have a look around, posting all your stuff up using it isn't all that great of an idea though.
