Took my car for it's 3rd service since I've owned it and I can say I'm well impressed.

Almost 12 months on and all I've spent is basic running costs:
2 new front tires (needed)
Cambelt (not needed but changed anyway)
Water pump (needed)
Spark plugs (basic service item)
Ignition Leads (not needed but done anyway)
Discs and pads all round (needed)
Oil filter (needed)
Air filter (needed)
HKS circle earth kit (not needed but it looks good)

Now I'm in need of a new sump lol.

A wee pic at Unit8 (8speed) in Darwen.

Also recently had the car dyno'd and it made 169.1bhp and 121.8 lb/ft torque, which I didn't think was to bad for an standard 18yr old Honda especially as it wasn't running 100%,below are my graphs.

I've also started ordering my finishing touches for my interior.

My most recent buy, a $40 horn button

Because it's so rare to see one in a pretty much unmolested state which this one is it just seems a shame to put aftermarket stuff on and plus it's a rare colour as it was only used in 1992 as a JDM only colour. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have another like my old one but this will not be it.

Looks a minter still bud.. couldnt have a honda my self though without a exhaust and intake.

It must be harder than giving up smack not fitting an exhaust

Nah,it's easy. It doesn't have to be an complete OEM intake tract or exhaust.

It's got my own custom OEM airbox and will soon have my own exhaust and manifold but will be keeping the OEM heat shield and OEMish backbox and honestly I don't think an intake would be better than what I have now plus the car sound immense on cam.

Yeah that's basically it but there are a couple of other bits to do as well.

The spoon is ok but why would I get a 2" exhaust when it's 2.5" OEM and I will never pay Spoon money for their parts, plus the Spoon exhaust I feel is not very well designed.

Well after a while of no updates I thought I'd bring this back from the dead.

Just put the car through a prelim MOT and all it needs are new disks and pads at the back so not too bad IMO.

Not really done much with the car as I've had other things going on but I've got a few new bits and some more coming at the end of the week and should all be fitted over the next couple of weeks.

So far I've got
Spoon cam cover
Spoon plug cover
JDM DC2 manifold
DC2 sump
DC2 oil pump
DC2 dampers with RSR springs
New OEM front lip and fixing kit
Magnecor 8.5mm ignition leads
2 spare cam covers for experimenting with
New radiator
And all associated gaskets
New OEM disks and pads all round

So far all I've fitted is the cam cover, leads and plug cover

And a swift pic

Love this car but the yellow ruins the 'OEM' appearance.
