Face Fat
First time Ive ventured into this section, so be nice
Ive never exactly been very 'fussy' about my looks but I saw a photo of myself at the weekend and nearly cried.
Double chin and big cheeks. Not nice, now I feel really bad about myself. Im not 'fat', at all, it just builds up around my face and its now getting to me.
Im not going to post the photo up either, Im that embarassed.
Whats the 'best' or 'easiest' way of getting rid of it? Im guessing putting a stop to all the sneaky chocolates and other junk will help. Im a landscaper at work so I have quite a physical job (lifting, digging, etc) but that isnt going to be enough is it?
Hope you can help guys

You can't spot reduce fat, you have to exercise and it will come off all over, in it's own way. For example it might come off your stomach faster than your face, but other people might lose it from the face before the stomach. etc etc. Just tidy up your diet, and drink alot of water. Beer is one of the worst things because it not only helps you get fat, it bloats the shit out of you

So get the bike out and do more walking? I drink quite a bit of water and squash anyway, dont touch alcohol at all but I do have a can of either Coke or Dr Pepper daily, something else full of shit...

Lolz @ the title thread.
Like said above, its verry hard to spot reduce fat.
Normally the places you want to lose weight from, you never do ha, and vice versa.

i used to eat loads of junk and started to get the same mate. double chin and chubby cheeks. all i've done since is put on weight but mostly muscle. i've cut the crap which seems to have helped plus lifting has tightened my neck and face which has helped loads! pulled my neck back, actually looks toned now haha. will be cutting soon aswell, tanning the cardio to get lean for summer which i'm sure will make the biggest difference. you always notice in someone's face when they've lost or gained weight. so probably best doing that mate, just exercise more and eat healthier!
