Thought i saw your car today mate, was so excited thought i was seing it in the flesh, however the reg is different. But same colour and everything was smart, it was parked next to my shop at teeside park Maplin. Will have to see it one time if your at Wednesday's teeside park car meet
Also was looking to get my car mechine polished as im in the mood in keeping it clean. but you see small scratches and chips on the car which ruins it. Heard you do a good job of it. How much am i looking to get it done?

Mechine polishing
Hi you told me to pm you about polishing. Heard its a good thing to. And tbh the only scratches are the fine ones you see after waxing. There isa dent and scratch but thats getting sorted, but also some little dents need poping out. But would love it doing cos with it turning summer would look real good.
How much we looking?

Maybe a lot but have to think pads cost about 10 quid each now, cost of polish for all 3 is about 60, the machines set me back about 250, microfibres, buy new ones everytime, cost of electric, flood lights, it all adds up mate, try a pro they will charge about 600 for a very basic one
At the end of the day if i charge what i used then im not going to be making much at all, yes polish might last about 8 cars and the pads about 2 or 3 but machine polishing isnt cheap

Love the car. Always wanted one of these since I was like 10 years old.
Have you looked into how to do the window control with the remote on Vagcom? As far as I can tell from my research I need a serial cable & VDS. Not sure if its possible with the standard Vagcom setup & USB cable?

Tis a lovely car that.
Cant believe you bought it from Rotherham! As if someone living there could afford one!
A mk5 GTi and a remap would have been faster though
Whats the tax like with it being 4 wheel drive?
