Default In need of some new supps

Looking for some new supps. Almost out of jack3d and almost out on CNP Whey.

Going to try Gaspari Superpump 250.
Need a new protein shake to take after the gym and possibly a creatine.
Is there anything else I should look at getting for bulking up muscle? vitimins? etc...

not very good for bulking this though id say doest have any carbs and hardly any kcals!!

mate go for PHD syneregy with 600ml of milk and 50g of my protein instant oats twice a day!! this will help to bulk and also tastes nice and has creatine and glutamine etc in there aswel!! im getting some next week. my new stack:

PHD Syneregy.
Instant Oats
ZMA
Kre Alkaline
cod liver oil
multi vit.

i bulked up well on the PHD and oats first time round so the added creatine and zma should hopefully give it the edge!

Torn between PHD and STC.
If STC doesn't help bulking, I'll tilt towards PHD.

What's ZMA help achieve?

Gaspari Superpump 250 is just simply... WOW
Also have a look at Six Star Muscle supps, got a mate in Canada that's using them and he say its the best supps hes used.
I've got some of he nitric oxide waiting to get delivered for my pre-workout supps.
Have a look on tsst.co.uk

Mate you are going straight from this jack3d stuff onto another Nos, my advice would be to give your body a break from that stuff for a month or so. Let your body lift normally, i dunno if taking a creatine on top of that will be any good either.

On another note, is STC a respectable product or is it just cheap shite?

Yeah, I agree mate. Yesterday, I had a hectic schedule. Walked the dog for a hour. Then straight into boxing for another hour. Then gym for a hour. Overload definitely. Felt great though. Had no pre-workout supplement and had a good bulking day.

Woke up at 10.
10:20 Tea and Protein Shake
10:42 omelette with 3 eggs and tomatoes
12:30 2 sandwiches (fresh chicken breast and lettuce)
15:00 protein shake
18:30 2 chicken breast and mixed veg
7 walked dog down field
7:30 - 8:30 Boxing
9-10 Gym
11 Protein Shake and Peanut Butter on toast (3 slices)

Today I had Gaspari Superpump. Felt like shit afterwards. Just felt sick and tired.

I think I will have a month off and then crack on with my stack. Cheers mate.

Wasn't the best to be honest mate. Just added a few lumpy bits. Couldn't eat it all though.

I got Zma, Bcaa+, Oats, Mutant Mass, Superpump 250.
