I've been going to the gym for a few months now and have noticed good gains in strength, but not so much in the way of bulking and building muscle. I don't want to be typical roid head shape but would like to bulk all areas so that all muscle groups are bigger, imparticular my chest which is lacking massively and my shoulders and arms which aren't as bad.
Just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to email me a full weeks diet plan that I can follow from week to week. I will also be taking whey protein with this.
Edit: Not a massive fan of fish, as good as it is for you please try and leave it out
