or, instead of upping the dose, you could try to eat more often, you could really do with another meal in there between lunch and dinner, even if its just a tin of tuna or the likes.

lunch
Heinz low fat oxtail soup and a wholemeal cob
mid afternoon snack
tin of tuna
dinner
new potatos, onions, gravy, peas and 2 good quality sausages.
eca doseage
1 pill at 7.00am
1 pill at 6.00 before workout

400 calories burned on x trainer
weight training for an hour

tommorow is my 7th day so I am upping to 3 pills daily and will get the difference in weight up!
I have been doing a fair bit on the weights but don't think this should make much difference to the amount of weight lost.

since i am at college i cant seem to get on the first page.
this ECA stack doing as much for u as u thought? i am very interested in this product.
weight training will always make a difference to weight lost as muscle weighs 2-3x more than fat.

muscle does not "weigh" more than fat, fat is less dense, therefore, takes up more space, per kilo. but a kilo is a kilo, wether it be fat, muscle, or dog shit. whereas mass, with respect to volume, 1cu3 of muscle, will have a greater mass than 1cu3 of fat.
weights actually aid weight loss, well , gettin in shape, as a kilo of muscle will burn more calories, than a kilo of fat. so doing weights, and gaining luscle mass. thats why, imho, once you are in shape, its easier to stay there, than get ther, as your now made up of more muscle, and your body can burn calories easier.

Well after a week of training I have so far seen a weight drop 5lbs which I'm happy with and think I can lose a stone in total if I stick to it for another couple of week which is what I'm going to do! My body seems to be used to the doseage so bumping up to 3 times daily for 2 more weeks so may see even better gains! I am also going to do some form of training early before work so I have two eca pills daily which are taken prior to training in the morning and evening which may increase the rate of fat loss! I will keep updating and give more and more details on my progress!

Yeah I'm really impressed with the stack mate the loss of appetite went after just a few days but the focus and motivation it gives me stops me eating shit!

Well I am really into this at the moment, visibly can see a stack of difference after starting this a week ago which is motivating me even more.
I am going to adapt this a little more as I want some serious results with the 2 weeks I have left.
From Now on I am taking 3 doses of ECA at
6.30am
12.00pm
6.00pm (pre training for boost)
This should keep me fat burning as well as motivated throughout the day.
I am not happy with the diet I have been doing so this is changing and I am going to keep it strict, a typical day will as of tommorow comprise of the following.. as I am as of now will be taking whey protein to increase the amount of meals
Whey protein I will be taking is Reflex instant whey, I have chosen this supplement as the carb count is low as I get my energy from the stack and want to burn fat as effectively as possible.
Typical protein info per serving..
Total Calories: 93
Protein: 19.5g
Total Carbohydrates: 0.9g
Fat: 1.3g
Sodium: 55mg
Potassium: 243mg
Digezyme: 40mg
Lactospore: 50m/spores
7.00am
Protein Shake
10.00am
Bran flakes
1.00pm
tuna/chicken sometimes with salad or other healthy alternatives
(NO MORE BREAD FOR 2 WEEKS)
4.00pm
piece of fruit
6.00pm
Small balanced meal such as veg, potatos and lean meat or chicken etc.
9.00pm (varies)
Protein Shake After gym session.
All of the meals will be small, I am just trying to eat more regular and keep that metabolism going!
How does this sound to people please tell me if i should swap or remove some of the meals such as the late protein shake which I am unsure of.
I have made this typical day up myself and its using my common sense as I am not that clued up on good diets so please do give me feedback and help me out
Not trying to get massive with the protein shakes they are just filling meals and will try and prevent me to lose any muscle during this weight loss period. I will be putting on the muscle after the weight loss but for the next two weeks its just ultimate fat loss so I am ready to build the muscle

Updating this everyday was getting a little tedius so here is my new overall plan..
ECA Stack:
3 times daily @ 7.00am 12.30pm & 6pm (before gym etc)
Diet Everyday of week except sunday I throw in a carvery
8.00am - Porridge with fruit or bran with fruit
11.00am - Fruit
1.00pm - Chicken salad, tuna salad or 200g of chicken with 100g of brown
rice/pasta
4.00pm - Piece of fruit
6.00ish - Smallish meal such as chicken and sweetcorn on pitta bread
Protein Shake low in carbs and fat after gym session.
Gym Sessions
Now this has changes due to a development , got myself another gym buddy who is a good mate and we are now doing more weight training. It is gruelling work but he pushes me to the limit.
A general gym session takes us an hour and half and comprises of something similiar to the following.
EDIT: (Do abs everyday I know its probably overkill but I am feeling achey everymorning so I like it)
Monday
Triceps & Abs
Tuesday
Biceps & Abs
Wednesday
Shoulders & Abs
Thursday
Legs/Cardio & Abs
Friday
Back & Abs
Saturday
Round of golf carrying the bag as well. (4 hour of light walking exercise)
Boxing session comprising of padwork, hitting the bag till point of failure, general circuit training
Sunday
Rest day but likely to play a round of golf so (4 hour of walking)
The above plan was set out last night, there was some shoulders in there to put the plan is at my mates house.
We did arms and abs last night so we are a day behind but will sort it out over the weekend, I sweat a lot more than I do doing cardio so I hope to see some results.
My diet is the same as before however training is getting ramped up!!
I have lost around 10 pounds so far in just under 2 weeks on the ECA, so the more intense sessions should only accelerate fat loss and muscle gaiN I HOPE..
All I drink is water and protein shake after each session in the evening!
NO POP OR ALCOHOL AT ALL...
Pictures will be posted when I have reached a certain milestone
My mate sets up all the exercises and stuff as to be fair im clueless but im picking it up
Very sore today but I am loving it, feel so motivated at the minute, food doesnt bother me.. Im just trying to eat enough maybe should eat more with the intense training.
Feel healthier and healthier each day, my body is seriously going through it but its about bloody time!

My opinion is your not eating enough, no wonder your dropping weight that quick. Which in fairness is bad for you. When you finally come off them your going to crash. Id say the tablets are your main source of energy at the minute.

I think you are very right mate, I met a girl last night I havent seen since the start of ECA diet and she thought I had been on drugs or hunger strike.. she couldnt believe the difference..
My energy levels are crazy low today as I forgot my ECA pills as I left them at home. But they get me through anything I throw myself at the gym..
I am very concerned about putting all the weight back on so I am going to stick to a similiar diet even when i come off the ECA stack. But get a bit more energy in my diet...
With all the training I am doing at the moment though I think I could eat like an absolute PIG and still lose weight.. Just going to make the most of it while i have little appetite and massive motivation...
I am going to weigh myself tonight so will put up the weight loss I have acheived, I am noticeably more toned though in the arms and abs regions..

hey,
first thing, you last training plan why dont you train your chest? or did i miss reading that? seems abit weird.
that aside, i am considering doing this myself and if so i will be starting tomorrow using my own ec stack as asprin is no good for me so al see how that goes.
few quick questions for you, people say you should have 4-6 weeks on then a few weeks off or you can take it on the week days and cut it out on the week ends? do you think you would benifit much from not taking it on the week ends or you finding it working how you want it to taking it how you are?
got a few more questions but my mind has gone blank
Regards, Richie.

Hi mate,
We do chest as mine is killing me.. I will ask him exactly whatwe train on what days and post it up as I think I went a bit wrong on the programme I put up. All I know is that I burn out every muscle in my body throughout the week lol.
Personally I have felt the benefits of using it over a longer course and taking it every day including weekends. I am on week 3 now and some of the effects of the ECA wear off in my opinion such as loss of appetite... I am starving like all the time at the moment.
I must say though the focus and energy from these little pills just gives...
I cant advise which is best as I have took the pill 7 days a week however I can say that taking them 7 days a week for a few weeks has definately worked for me... You sweat like an absolute bitch during work outs and I have been sweating for an hour and half afterwards in some cases!
Make sure you drink lots of water though mate.. I have had no side effects from taking the ECA and I have done 3 weeks this Thursday!
I am weighing myself tonight as I totally forgot yesterday!
