Default GDA's of protein?

Does anybody know the GDA of preotein you should be taking in. Also, what amount in g's should you be taking in if looking to bulk and build leaner muscle?

1gm protien per pound of bodyweight, its what i used to work to, after all, if you have too much you have to much, if you aint enough, you wont get bigger.

but it aint just about protien, eat good carbs, and a slow releasing, at night, summit like casien. for bulking you should look to your diet being 50% protien, 30% carbs, and the rest made up of fats, try gettin good fats in there. after all protien isnt the only thing you need to bulk.

its just a protien shake, its basically a slow releasing protien, needed if your sleeping for 8 hours, otherwise, you can get up in the middle of the night, and get a shake, but thats hassle. or you could try some peanut butter amongst others before you go to bed.
