the shakes after training.
does anyone else get this really bad?
ive cut my food intake right down,
as today, i ate,
porridge in the morning 7am with one poached egg, 1 slice of brown break, pint of water
10 am, a pear, cup of black coffee, 1 sweetner, one slice of bread.
lunch, 12.30 i had, brown rice, prawns, pint of water, and orange
3.30 i had, a pear, cup of black coffee, sweetner.
6.30, i went in the gym
done, 20 mins, bag, 3 mile treadmill, 5k bike, then a wee circuit,
lat pulldown, 60kg 8reps,
hammer curls, 14kg 8reps,
close grip latpull down, but my arms facing inwards(for triceps) 50kg, x8
20 crunches, then 20 side crunches. 3 mins bag. 1 min rest, then done this circuit 2 more times.
i weighed myself before and after, and dropped just over 2kg, a drunk 1 litre of water during the gym.
now soon as i sat down for my tea(chicken, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower) my arms started shaking quite bad???
is it down to sugar or summit? or is it summit else?
cheers

Check your breathing whilst lifting, breath out as pushing the weights away and breath in whilst bringing them towards you. A lot of people get the tendency to hold their breath whilst lifting.

Ive had shakes after training, can be a number of things. Not enough food, lack of hydration, drinking the night before, over working.
Can be many things, i have given a paint shaker a run for its money ive shook that much before but that was due to training the day after a heavy night out.

deffo not the drink, im on a no alcohol ship, think maybe i just pushed a bit more than normal, and its caught up on me, as im dieting a bit aswell whilst training, and maybe a bit too much of each has caused it.
cheers

Try going to the gym on more than a pear.you are essentially asking your body to go flat out on no fuel. This can have many negative effects and maybe the cause of your shakes
