Anyone tried this? anygood? monster are doing a dealio for a tub of synegy and 120 hmb caps for £40 so £8 for the hmb and due a tub of synergey so might give it a bash

anyone seen any results fro hmb out of curiositY?

I used to use hmb and tbh didnt notice any difference.

It is meant to inhibit muscle breakdown so can be useful when cutting,i just took it because it came in myproteins hurricane.

phd waste of cash, monster supplements own phd. check the addresses - hence ow they praise hell out of them

its the cheapest place to buy PHD:/ in all my local shops the syneregy if £45! i like the syneregy works better for me that owt else. tried reflex, maximuscle, my protein, sci mentor etc etc. come back to PHD!! dont mind payin if it works. this deal they have on is sweet with the HMB bearin in mind the syneregy alone is usually £32 and the HMb 20 something!!
