can someone suggest
can someone suggest the best supplement i can start taking to beef up a bit, i have looked at creatine and protein powders but i dont know what to buy.
Any help or recommendations would great, thanks!

Good Diet + Training is all you need.
If you want to add in supplements, get some whey (Nutrisport 90+ is best value, or MyProtein Impact whey, price match it to bodybuilding warehouse). Creatine again can get from Nutrisport, or MyProtein. Mono will do.
But unless you're training right and eating right, it's a waste of money. Supplements are only 10% if that.

i would recommend monohydrate, as very little is actually absorbed by the body, eythal ester is a better bet

Loads of fish,steak, pasta, meats, and drink loads of milk.
Plenty of training at the gym/at home.

if u want sups to bulk you.. get 2tubs of PHD syneregy and have 2 shakes a day with a scoop of maltrodextrin, a scoop of oats from my protein and 600-700ml of whole milk
hard to take at first but you get used to it

Just ordered:
- Impact whey
- Creapure
- Dextrose
All from my protein.
Like said training and diet is essential, however i find i cannot get the needed protein from meals etc.

Taken with orange juice increases the amount which is absorbed. Personally I think mono is suffice, CEE is just an overpriced version for those who don't respond well to mono, I've also heard CEE tastes like ass and mixes even worse than mono. I'd try mono to begin with and if you don't find it works for you, then give CEE a go.

CEE isn't bad, however once the creatine is absorbed, you're left with ethyl in your body, which is alcohol..
