Unhappy Suddenly lost speed on internet connection

Hi guys, switched to a new ISP in May and all has been good (now with Sky as part of a TV/Phone/Internet deal) ...

However, a few weeks ago speed has literally dropped into oblivion, I've gone from streaming 1080 HD content with no hassle whatsoever, to buffering 320k audio for minutes.... what the hell is going on?! This is not limited to just my pc (hardwired into the router fyi) speed is alos the same (appauling) on both laptops in the house, did a test and got:

what the hell is going on? Anything I can do or will it be a case of phoning the ISP?

Cheers!
