Phone Insurance Help - Saxperience

A mate of myne had the original Iphone on contract, and his lost it over xmas. Now because its on contract and also has insurance on it. If he phones them up will they send him a new Iphone4 or Another old one?

We was just debating this so was wondering what others thinks

Ok cheers, its just he dont want to claim to get same old phone and have to pay more then because his claimed if you know what i mean lol

Did you not ask this the other day? Everyone told you then, that an insurance company will only give you what you had...

Would be like asking a car insurance company to pay you money for a crashed Veyron when you had crashed your saxo..
