Just had a good conversation with one of the managers at Three, he was quite intelligent but he said some things that made me laugh
"Having an iPhone on Three is like driving down a smooth road, with others the road will not be so smooth"
"Iphone is made out of glass and steel metal, same as helicopter"
He also wouldn't give me that much information on the HTC desire HD :| Was very keen to put me on an iPhone deal

I started my contract on a blackberry..
Then went and said to them i want an iPhone 3GS, so got that..i have 900 mins and unlimited texts plus the internet bundle for £40..
I am guessing yours is for the iPhone 4 mate, personally dont rate them and wont until they fix all the bugs..so i guess they will fix them and bring out a better version!

You will learn with 3, that they dont actually employ english people in there call centers... not once have i had one.. I spend more money on the phone call asking them to repeat what they said..

Three offer the best deals though,
Also as well on some of the tariffs they now have unlimited internet,
Next time I take out a contract it will be with Three,
As well saying the customer service is poor its pretty bad with all networks dont you think?

I've never had customer service as bad as this lol They're refusing to cancel our contract with them, the minimum contract term is up, the payments are all up to date and we've sent them the 30 days notice they require yet all they keep doing is making excuses and sending out new products to tie us into a new contract! They won't listen to a single word we have to say about wanting to cancel. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in the future lol Needless to say that if the product from them actually worked then we wouldn't be wanting to cancel anyway.

If you really are out of your contract just cancel the direct debits you arnt tied to them anymore and if you have sent them 30days notice then they dont have the right to keep charging you.
If you are still in your contract then there isn't much you can do but buy yourself out of it.

We are into the contract until we cancel it. Although the 18 months is up. We've been paying for the last 7 months even tho there's not been any network coverage and they couldn't get it working so i also have to fight to get our money back for those months as we paid for something they failed to provide. Pisstake tbh.
