haha they were scratched to fuck all over the glass, the whole bottom lip on one off them was broken off when they arrived hardly the condition i was wanting the ones i was going to replace them with were in better nik.

and Fuck the lot of yous that are saying i smashed them why would i do that soon as i opened them i took them out looked at them straight away they went back in the box. emailed craig taped it back up and had them in the post the next morning!

end of the day i said had no problem with craig claiming the money via PO he could either do that with when i posted it out or when he posted it out or claim from them both all i wanted was my refund and he could claim back as they were damaged when they arrived at mines wether they were damaged on the way back dont really matter as they werent useable anyway with the bottom lip broken right off when they arrived at mines.

I had same hapen to me but with some new cams, i refunded to stop neg rep etc and he put in paypal claim... then i never got cams back either. "forgot to record post" £300 down

At the end of the day, one of them knows who bashed the lights up.

Vthall tbf i dont think craig damaged the lights they were obvisously damaged in transit.

At the end of the day damaging the lights either end would only cause thus problem. so for either of us to do that would be utter stupidity.

anyway its down to paypal to decide who gets the money. like a said before im not fussed now but will let them settle it. its been a few weeks and yep i was raw with frustration when this happened as i had been ripped of for gti leathers the week before and at first glance of the pictures thought it had just happened all over again.

anyway paypal will be the decider on it now

Same thing happened to me. Good year or two ago on here now, sold some standard lights, buyer said they turned up cracked even though they were MINT and I packaged them up perfectly (I work for DHL so know how to package correctly ha!).. Being the gent I am I provided a full refund, buyer agreed to send back the lights in the broken condition that they were supposedly in.. Still haven't received them to this day. (In all fairness I was stupid to refund him before I received the lights) but still.. Forget the twats username now but i'll never post lights again. So easy for them to just grab a pic of some broken headlights and say that it was the set you sent.

Fair enough but craig said he marked them so he will know there his lights im no rip off merchant, and they were sent back the next day 1st class recorded at £11.

like ive said loads o times now upto paypal to decide no hard feeling this end on whatever the outcome is even tho i still need a new headlight

and i wouldnt have made a thread over a personal matter, at the end of the day i paid for the lights they were damaged when they arrived i sent them back they got even more damaged in transit, he wants his money i want my money.

hardly worth broadcasting for everyone else to have there opinion on it obviously one sided aswell as hes been on here for ever.
