Default HTC Sensation?

Anyone using the GO stuff on yours?

Had a look on a couple of forums and this stuff seems to get good reviews as it frees up a bit of memory and processing power.

The missus has used the GOSMS text thing for a bit on her Wildfire as it's a bit sluggish at the best of times. It seems to be just aw good as the HTC stuff that comes on the phone.

I was wondering if anyone has modded or done anything to a Sensation to make it quicker or better?

Anyone?

Been looking around on the XDA forum.

I'm in the process of rooting my Sensation, I've already S-Off'd it, Got recovery installed and have backed up everything... I hope!

Going to root it and unlock it, then I'll have a look into these different ROM's etc.

Anyone got any tips or good ROM's to play with?

Well... Ive now got it all rooted s-off'd ICS running and just put the sebastianFM 1.8GHz kernal on.

It's well quick now, and so far the battery last a fair bit longer than before even with the extra speed!

So glad I looked at XDADevelopers and got to do this... Next up is trying to get the missus Wildfire to run quicker!

Lol Baz, yeah it voids your warranty but mines out of that now anyway. It's a bit technical but can do done quickly and relatively easily once you have memorized the instructions. just go to www.xdadevelopers.com and search for your phone then read ALL the information and see if you think you can manage it. If so, you could end up with a lot faster operating phone with better battery life and better photo's etc.

Just got my 32gb microSD card delivered today... unfortunately, they sent me a class 10 not a class 4 like i'd ordered BUT it might work out better for my videos and photos.
