Remember jp the s1 tank has 2 holes in the top... As the pump and sender are seperate.

I run a gti pump in mne so thats no issue.. But i still have to have the s1 sender (cut down mind) in the other side to fill the hole. Bit pikey for you

there are two sizes of ax tank gt tank is bigger than the 1.0 cars.
If you are fitting a swirl pot +second pump ,don,t forget to fit another inline filter before the second pump

I know we used to get around 6mpg with the 1300cc race car

2.5gallons aprox for a 10 lap race including the warmup + slow down laps making 12 in all @1.3miles per lap
we had a 5gallon foam filled tank + a swirl pot and 2 pumps

i have had an issue since i wrote that reply but that was with 1/4 tank around donnington

if you have a full tank then there is no issue with an AX tank but im sure you dont actually read what i right you just like to make childish remarks about it, and yes my car wont accelerate and corner over 1g cos it wasnt built by GiMiC

I read exactly what you wrote --you said you have never had a issue and the axtank has a swirl pot --so does the saxo as the returned fuel goes into the housing where the pump is
If you persist in keeping the quote at the bottom of your posts --which on its own is easily taken out of context of the original post --then don,t be suprised if I correct your statements which are incorrect especially when they show up your lack of knowledge of the cars this site is devoted to .
If you run the tank full on any car you will not get problems - common sense would tell anybody that ,but as extra fuel means extra weight and fire hazard ,why would you want to run a full tank on race track for possibly no more than a 30min session
If you have high G loadings then std tank will be fine down to just under 1/2
