^^^ this, it's worth fuck all and so would be the resale value. Unless you insure it for £9000s worth, which would of course take the price
for that sort of money you have access to a decent second hand BMW or audi

When I say fully restored I mean, as new. I'd much rather plough my money into a fully rebuilt 205 than a 106 if I'm honest, even if the clocks on the 205 show 100k
