Default Has anyone torn/pulled/strained their calf?

I'm currently out in france snowboarding, I haven't had it checked out by a doc yet because we're back home on Saturday.

I am in absolute agony, I mean I've shattered my collar bone before and had numerous other breaks but this pain is something else!

Just wondering really did any of you find anything that helped? holding my leg nice and high and relaxed lowers the pain a bit, I've had so many paracetamol I dare not take anymore!

Do these pulls take ages to return to health? trip ruined

Depends what you've done to it, if you've torn it badly then yes, trip ruined, It could take two weeks or longer to heal.

If you can't really move your leg without a lot of pain then you probably need to get a scan to see how much damage has been done.
