Halo is the 1st game to run at 60fps.. Is it me, or is that low? Sure about 10 years ago, my desktop was running 120+?
Also on the live blog thing..
One more thing! "Xbox One will launch this November for $499 in the US, 499 Euros, and 429 pounds in the UK."

Yeah but your desktop wasn't dynamically generating 60 high res images every second based on a shed load of other information that was being run through complex algorithms to display that 120fps.

Price difference means not a lot to me. The games already announced mean i would buy the xbox over the ps all day. PS3 was guff and so far i havent seen anything that makes me want the ps4 over the xbox one even inluding some of the deficiencies that xbox one is currently reporting.
Only my personal opinion as I know i WILL buy both eventually just like i did with the wii and PS3 that are gathering dust next to my xbox. Sigh.

PS4 is £80 cheaper, no game sharing restrictions, and doesn't require an internet connection..
They say xbox has a stronger launch game lineup, but realistically, most are going to buy battlefield, fifa, and COD, and thats about it, in my opinion anyway

I'll get the xbox but not the ps4 unless it becomes silly cheap over time, my ps3 was barely used compared to my xbox. Also the price difference is only 80 quid, thats not so bad I think

Not when it comes with the Kinet Sensor.
I was talking to a friend on FB today and said "Same, tbh, the whole 'cant share games' thats so old school. I always buy my games new and on day of release so it wont affect me lol."

I buy games new, but i often switch and swap with friends, so we can all see if other games are worth buying..
Things like GTA, Red dead redemption, forza.. That sort of thing.. Its how i got most of my friends onto battlefield, lending them my game for a few days

Im hoping MS change some of there plans;
Eg
- Kinect being on,( even with the xbox off and on jargon ) they need to turn that off.
Infact i dont even want kinect fitted.
-24 hour internet visits, it doesnt fuss me, but when my internet goes down and i have to wait until tuesday for virgin to pop over and fix it and its currently saturday night and ive just purchased a new game, yes i will be annoyed.
will xbox live gold still be the same current price? ( 35-40 for 12 months)?
If things dont change for the xbox one, then i will convert to a PS3.
Ideally i dont want to, but things change and microsoft have became muppets.
i wont be pre-ordering and ill probably wait till until release to make a decision, but right now, ms are down in the nintendo leagues for me.

Metal gear solid looks amazing.

Shocking, Sony are giving leeway for games dev companies to impose their own DRM restrictions. Who would have seen that coming?
So basically it's the same as the xbox one but a bit cheaper and not including the kinect equivalent. They're saming pretty much on par to me at the moment apart from the xbox having a better game selection at launch. It will be interesting to see how it pans out though.
Anyway, I'm off for a game of tetris.
