man they must be good cameras!!
i take it beading is the water that is being "repelled" (??) because of wax/protection etc. ?

Here's an interesting point though - bead height doesn't necessarily reflect the level of protection on the car. Beading on wax finishes is always higher than on sealant finishes, because waxes expand in the presence of moisture, thus closing their pores and forcing water upwards. Sealants on the other hand are stable in the presence of moisture, so the beads aren't as tall.

pic of mine from a few weeks back, the wax etc was from the garage when i bought the car (1 and a half ago), its only had one wash since so its nothing special im afraid, infact its pretty gash, could do with a good waxing etc i think
