Undo a bleed nipple on one wheel.
Press brake pedal to the floor.
Redo the bleed nipple back up.
Lift foot of pedal.
Fill brake fluid as required.
Repeat until air stops coming out. ( or until fresh fluid comes out if there is already old in there )
Then repeat on all the other wheels.

Stab the line with a knife!
with ABS cars i usually pump the pedal to build the pressure up, then come off the pedal, open the nipple then push to the floor and close the nipple and repeat.

Yeah. One to pump the pedal one to open and close the nipple.
You can get pressure kits from halfrauds to diy

sometimes it can be a bitch to get the fluid moving again if you bleed the fluid completely and then fill up the resoviour. top up the reserviour as your bleeding.
and you should start at the nipple furthest away from the reserviour and work your way nearer to the reserviour.
your going to need a bottle and a clear tube so you can see when there is no more air in the fluid

I tried an eezibleed kit and found that air bubbles were being drawn back into the brake caliper on the pedal upstroke. The air was getting past the loose threads on the bleed nipple
