Phone died what to get next?

I have had a Motorola Atrix for about two years now and it has finally died a death ( again there really not reliable). So I need a little advice on a new phone.

I would like something that is at least as powerful as my Atrix was for web browsing, GPS and such like and with a camera on the back at least as good as that on the Atrix if not better. Im not bothered if it has a front camera or not.

In the past I have always had good luck with Nokia so I am thinking of getting a Lumia but don't really understand phone specs. What Lumia would be as good or better then may Atrix with out spending silly money? The 920 looks spot on apart from the price. Whats the 520 like or would it be a downgrade?

Don't know what Motorola you had never heard of it. Also haven't really heard anything about them new Nokias.
The best 3 at the moment are the galaxy s4, iPhone 5 and the HTC one. I had an iPhone 4 and just got the HTC one the other day - would recommend it, it's a really good phone.
Best thing to do is go into the shop and have a play on a few that's what I did
