Im calm because im working my way through a 15 hour exam. The reason you couldnt get onto the tracking number was not that at all either buddy i got on there yesterday fine. Sorry for the delay btw!

thats funny as ill happily get proof of the fact they said to me that it got collected today as i said to them you had "posted it last week" and she laughed and said theres no way as ALL parcels take upto 48 hours to be delivered depending on the price you pay! cheers for the apology, dont make it a habit thou
