I'm leaning towards the Tial F38 or MV-S V38. Not sure how the watercooling will affect anything, it's not going to be a full-on road race/ trackcar.
Maybe it will elongate the lifespan?
(On the other hand, having a watercooled wastegate makes one totally awesome )

This exactly. Much more hassle to plumb in, but serious "scene points"
I only know a few guys running watercooled (and both of them are 800+bhp, one is 1000+bhp). Don't think it's needed myself (but does look pretty...).

Small update, the flu got to me so wasn't really able to get real work done.
All the nuts & bolts are being replaced by stainless ones.
New stainless 2.5" mufflers and flex part
New valves, valve seats, seals, skimmed and vacuumtested
Freshly honed block
Since the block and head were ultrasonicly cleaned they could use a fresh coat of paint
So now waiting for Citroen to supply the rest of the parts to rebuild the engine.

I've sanblasted some bits yesterday in the workshop at our service department.
The mechanics there were curious as always to see a pencil pusher getting his hands dirty
Nice and clean
I will upload a pic tonight with a few bits testfitted with the stainless bolt & nuts. Should look pretty
Btw: I'm thinking of painting the head, as it's been ultrasonincally cleaned so it has some stains and wear. (my builder advised against sandblasting the due to it may leaving some residu)
Any thoughts on this?

Get the head soda blasted. Had mine done ages ago and it's ideal as leaves no residue and is totally safe.

There are a few in the for sale section
If you need access to either the for sale or wanted areas of our forums, you need to wait a minimum of 30 days and accumulate 100+ posts, or sign up the princely sum if £10 to get "premium membership" (available in the website shop).
(As once said by a wise mod)
