ashley you do know that that is is t4-10 you have bought dont you?
anyways according to the build sheet for a 10 you want 2 cuft after displacement.
so use these striaght from the handbook
3" round port 5.25" long.
box size using .75" mdf .
22"x13"x13"
and loose fill internal damping.
that will give you your sq

rushed buying it as it seems there was hot demand from saxp 
got those measurements down
also, whats internal damping?

it will still be a stonker
internal damping is fibreglass insulation you want to staple about a 1" thick piece around all of the inside except the baffle.
btw that tune the box to 34hz which is bang on considering the fs of this sub is 40hz

Best bet is to test it first mate. Hook it up to an amp and see if it moves.
You dont wanna go building a box tailored to the sub, then find out it doesnt work!

raining here at the mo, so cant test it yet, will wire the sub up ready to show a 2ohm load then as soon as the rain eases off ill go out and connect it to the amp in the car
cones stiff as hell! in comparison to my pioneer anyway.. guess thats good though, means a nice tight bass
