Default Which Wiring Kit ?

Looking to get my sub and amp, etc, etc soon, found a wiring kit on ebay, just wondering is it any good, as im not sure of whats good and whats not, here it is:

that cable is shit mate.

when it says, '10 gauge', that means its really thin...

for the best cable, the lower the 'gauge' is.

for example, for a good power supply you need like a 2 gauge cable, or even 0, but thats quite hard to pass through the gromit lol...

and that wiring kit had 10 gauge power cable, think about it

yea around that, i think theres a good wiring kit on CAS. (car audio security)

i think its SPL. i'll try find it.

this isn't the spl kit, bit its better than what your originally had.

basically, the thicker the cable, the better, obivously the kind of conductor in the wire is also very important.

it depends what RMS your running, if its 1000w max then it will probably only be a few hundred rms, 8 gauge would be fine

no need for 2 gauge or 0 gauge unless you might upgrade to bigger power later on, thats just overkill and 5 metres of 0/2 awg aint exactly cheap and its a cunt to work with

that wiring kit i sent you isn't 2 or 0 gauge, it will do the job fine mate, and 30 quid aint that bad imo. you get everything you need, even a decent fuse.

agreed tbh

can run a couple of hundred wrms on just 10awg wiring easily

yeah that is a pretty good price for all the stuff you get.. 4 gauge is about fiver a metre and you get 7m of it plus loads of other stuff, its got everything you need
