Default low morning energy

ive started my new diet and work out routine the past two weeks i used to be really ripped and strong but after alot of drink/shit food/working in an office with no exercise its taken it toll

my diet is

9.40 break fast
special k (gay but well nice)
brown bread toast with one slice if grilled bacon fat removed low fat butter

lunch 1.00
bowl of soup
whomeal bread

dinner

brown rice/pasta
grilled chicken/tuna
1-2 veg onion sweetcorn etc

sometimes with some sort of sauce

however

ive started to work out in the morning at 7.45-8.35

but im finding myself low on energy what can i eat as i have nothing from 6.20pmpm-9.40am after my workout

something in the car on the way to work as i can never wake up on time

im 5'11 and weigh just under 13 stone

well, i am no fitness expert and i dont do the whole, eat healthy thing, but its obvious from your diet that you are not providing your body with enough energy. I would suggest some sort of energy drink perhaps ?? (sugar free Red Bull?).

Its an age old fact that your biggest meal of the day should be Breakfast, because it will set you up for the day ahead and you will burn the majority of your Breakfast off during the day. I think you should be eating more at Breakfast time, perhaps earlier than 9:40 too.

eatfirst thin when u wake up and try to fit in a couple of snacks such as fruit nuts ec protein shakes keeps ya body going and boosts ya metabolism burin more calories

Yeh eat as soon as you wake up. Even if its just a piece of fruit. You sound like your starving yourself. The amount of calories you have is nothing. I probs have the same amount before 2pm haha. For energy Id have a massive bowl of porridge for breakfast. 100g or summit, with some raisins and a protein shake/boiled eggs. Then maybe some caffeine to pick you up?

drink a fuck load of tea

always abuse the snooze button on my fone so i have to leg it out of my house before i hit the traffic and be late for work/gym

if i got up in the morning gonnna throw a few wheetabix and maybe a bannana into me before i set off

Im the same. I just pick up a piece of fruit and get a protein shake if I have time.
