Alone is ok but when you want to up it a bit, you cant really do it alone lol
You'll be pushing a lot more past the pain barrier and thats when youre really ripping your tissues.

woop just read the thread and i think im a MESOMORPH

I used to me 17n half stone at the age of 15 was really stocky with it tho then i lost alot of weight and im now 13 with broad shoulders was just woundering any idea's on how to get a ripped 6pack as i obviously have excess skin now due to the excess weight?
i do ALOT of training through being anxious as to not put the weight back on although now my motabalism is high i think because i can generaly eat what i want.

the majority of my training is CARDIO which is kickboxing 4 nights a week! then i play football twice and week and try and weight lift 3 times a week! I drink protein shakes when im training but not sure if i eat the right foods the rest of the week to get a ripped 6 pack any ideas?

I dinna I just got annoyed somehow. Easily done ha. A couple of me mates are cutting for a show now. They are carb cycling. 50g of carbs a day on there low days. I can barely talk to them there moods are that bad.

could try some up your mass? not got any experience with it but has LOTS of calories per serving and quite alot of protein, nicely priced aswell. you can find it on tropicana fitness
