woop just read the thread and i think im a MESOMORPH
I used to me 17n half stone at the age of 15 was really stocky with it tho then i lost alot of weight and im now 13 with broad shoulders was just woundering any idea's on how to get a ripped 6pack as i obviously have excess skin now due to the excess weight?
i do ALOT of training through being anxious as to not put the weight back on although now my motabalism is high i think because i can generaly eat what i want.
the majority of my training is CARDIO which is kickboxing 4 nights a week! then i play football twice and week and try and weight lift 3 times a week! I drink protein shakes when im training but not sure if i eat the right foods the rest of the week to get a ripped 6 pack any ideas?
