Personal Best List!
Thought it would be cool to have a thread to show your personal best.
Just list your name, height, weight and the lift/exercise you did.
1 solid rep counts as a PB, as long you lock out 100% it counts.
Not bullshitters because it wont get you stronger!
Use this to motivate your self and help encourage others to beat their current PB. Vids or pics welcome if your that vein

If you guys are not lying that is an awesome achievement, especially the bench.
however, if you weigh 82kgs and haven't lost a limb, i think your telling porkie pies.

There’s no room for bullshit. No ones going to gain anything from it and I really don’t want to turn this thread into a slagging match.
I created this to help motivate people and congratulate them. Seeing someone in the same weight/height group as your self lifting more than you can spur you on and give you more determination.
Constructive criticism only please

You can work out your 1RM with calculators etc. What can you bench for less than 10 reps and reach failure? Thats for 1 set mind. Something like 75 x 6 reps to failure on 1st set?

Like I havnt tried my one rep max. Thats my most Ive done. Think I got 4-6 reps
I rarely dead lift. Think I should. Lower back is weak. I stopped benching for ages, stuck at 100kg. Used dumbells, got up to the 50kg. Then just started getting back into it. Supprised with my strength gains

Disbelieve me Craig, up to you. I hate liars and all that goes with it, people who say they can lift big weights and can't are sad. You can watch the video of me deadlifting 200kg on facebook if you like. Later that session I did 215kg, I didn't video that cos I didn't know if I would get it or not
