You talking about Maximuscle Thermobol? I'm looking for a decent fat burner myself, so it'll be interesting to see what people reccomend

Tried it.
Did work just a bit of a pain in the arse swallowing elephant tranquilisers 3 times a day.
Too hard to eat right with it if your in a sedentry job.
www.monstersupplements.com do good offers on them!
Forgot to say only worth while if stacking with a balanced diet and plenty of training.
If not you just end up with your body over heating.
Thermogenic supplements are for cheats lol

Thermogenic supplements are zee boiiiii. Sweat like fook though, spesh in this weather. I would go for an ECA personally. Couple that with CLA, green tea and maybe L-Cartinine. Make sure to hammer your cardio + good clean diet and your onto a winner

cardio... Hmmm... The quickest way to burn fat is resistance exercise.... CV work should be in short bursts, intense fartlec style training is best, this will increase EPOC.

The thing about HIIT cardio is it burns muscle aswell. I tend to stick to my bike with my heart rate at 130-150bpm for 30 mins usually 3-4 times a week

Right Lee my suggestion would be combining the thermobol with a balanced diet, intense cardio and a lot of patience.
30mins of cycling, running/jogging, skipping (i've got some ropes kicking around if you want them) or rowing should get rid of some fat; try and mix it up to stop you from getting bored.
No local clubs do boxercise or anything? could always be an idea.
Even ask Anth he knows all his stuff why you think I train with him?

Plus the thing I love about thermogenic fat burners is you burn more calories than normal even when doing fuck all
I would recommend these:
http://www.protein-factory.co.uk/www...ch=eca&sought=
dymetadrine 30+ or you get get the T5's which are even stronger. But I would stick to the 30+, one in the morning as soon as you wake, then another 45mins before the gym/cardio

what happends when you stop taking the suppliments...? you dont have the natral ability to keep the fat off.... so keep spending your money and popping pills... lmbo!
like fad diets.... increases your lipogenic enzyme count as you have no food... you so become more efficiant at storing fat... youll come off the pills and put it back on because ou cant be arsed to put in the exercise!
to lose weight usually only a reducion of 500 calories is needed... with exercise!!
to put on weight and become leanerand meaner eat 5 times a day - drink 2 letres of water, train 4 times a week and follow a correct programme... thats what we are paid to do... write programmes that give you results you want.... if your not getting them from the programme your following... cal. me..... £40 per hour or a 5 sessions for £128
