Red oil light when turning on airco

Hi All,
My 1.1 shows its oil light coming up when I turn on the aircon. Without it it runs 1000 revolutions on rev meter and all is fine. When I turn on aircon the rev drop til 500 rev and oil light pops up. I know cant manually adjust the amount of rev. I am thinking of changing the oil for 20w50. Any other suggestions?

Could a leaking vacuum hose be a reason?

SOLVED: it turns out that the throttle cable was just too tight, making the ECU stopping to compensate the extra throttle it needs for the aircon. By loosing the cable the ecu starts compensating again for the aircon and keeps it on 1000/rev.
