dude,
its a 5 min job to do yourself.
Lean the seat back foward, undo nuts at bottom. Take brackets off. Then seat back come off.
Then lean the seat cushion foward towards the front seats, and you will see some more nuts holding that down. Undo these and they are out.
Simple as that my friend.

Theres a guide of how to do boards etc in rear in Haynes Max Power manual.
