Looking good gav
So not much more till it's up an running properly then, will it be making it to trax?
Also I may be able to help you out on the injector part, I've got lex's injectors he ran on his furio with boost, they are 310cc @ 3bar from a Volvo, they are the same shape as the injectors in one of the pics in this update
I no longer require them and have got them up for sale if your interested? 60posted?

well the spending never stops just ordered a smaller slim line fan with fitting kit, gauge pod plus the extra hose/pipes (1 x 90 deg 2" pipe, 1 x 2" straight, 1 x 90 deg hose & 2" straight hump hose).
All this in the name of making it look tidier than it is now so by end of week should have it looking more like how it was in mock up will give me chance to sort better oil return and the wiring stuff to! I wouldn't say after that there won't be much to do as there will defo be plenty!
Cheers Andy and Mr Sunderz
Chris they are to big looking at something vts level if I am honest but not vts ones as they are to short
And Merry Boostmas to you to Mr M!

Okey dokey another of spin the wheel of boost-tune! From the list mentioned in previous post I have ordered smaller slim line fan with new fitting kit, RST injector those will be fitted later in the week along with wiring the fan up and then to a switch inside the car next to the headlight adjuster.
Got the boost pipes and hoses today fitted them and made everything look a million times better, still need to sort oil return proper which I will do on weekend. Also got new gauge pod so instead on being in the center console I will stick it on top of the HU on the dash.
So along with the above I still need to sort
* Seal DP to exhaust join better
* fitting VTR M/C and braided rear lines, adjust brake bar
* Elise Seats
* WB and Predator
anyway more pics!
As you can see with below pics it is a tad busy down there
Also with the tidying up plenty of room for the fan now
Oh and who said rain should stop you working on your car if it ain't that bad lol

Loving it Gavina!
Rain doesn't have tp stop play unless you are using electrical items. The two dont mix well

size wise yes but as standard no piston cutouts but if your going forged wont make a diff as you will use j4 stuff anyway
tell you what trying to sort injectors is turning out to be a right mare!! 1st the mi16 ones sort of work but one of them may be slightly dead, so get some rst ones again they sort of work but wont idle or rev for shit! the VTR ones seem to be ok but I am pretty sure they will be to small.
Then again only aiming to get 120/130bhp for now

It'll never work Gav. You have no idea what you're doing......
Looking good though mate, can't believe I hadn't noticed this thread sooner. I thought you'd given up boost for a while
Will keep an eye on this

Right ok not overly much to do if I am honest (4 things which will take about a day to do once I got all bits) before Andy "Predator" Hammond pays me a visit in a few weeks with ecu to map the thing up
But any back to road test now I have ironed out most the issues all I can say is sorted the boost issue and it boosts much better now comes on song very early also plenty of torque steer it's defo better than my gti if driven right
