Default Rough Idle, Cutting Out

Peugeot 106 XL Auto to Saxo VTS s1 Engine conversion.

Engine runs but

Car is struggling to start without some throttle. When started it's running rough.

If you set off and drive 99.9% of the time it will have very low power and struggle to accelerate properly. When you stop it also cuts out.

The same when you rev in neutral it will also usually cut out.

It is also as i say misfiring, making a popping sound.

Any advice? we'd be really grateful

Parts swapped so far:

Coilpack
Lambda Sensor (No cat on vehicle, just one sensor on manifold)
Map Sensor
1 Temp sensor either blue or green i forget, we did swap the other with a spare off the 8v engine but not sure if its the same anyway?
Idle Control Valve
Crankshaft Sensor
ECU Swapped due to other issues already
