Custom made i'd say, alot of continental hillclimb cars run weird & not wonderful kits.

ahh.. surely he'd have to run some spacers to fill those arches.. brake discs look kinda small aswell

Its probably an ex saxo kit car with wide track just using a custom kit more suited to hillclimbs.

It looks similar to the kit car, the bumpers anyway not sure about the arches and its got extra sills too?
Dont need huge brakes goin up a hill
