Goto C:\Program Files and delete Internet Explorer folder, close ie first.

Try installing after youve deleted the folder.
I am installing it now mate and i couldnt delete that folder as it says folder is in use or something like that!

Ok, probably iexplorer.exe open in taskmanager.
